Abilities and Combos

So I was thinking about League gameplay specifically - the actual champions themselves, their lore and most importantly, their abilities. I am well aware that there is a great variety of champs in the game, of all different playstyles to match everyone, and each champ has minimum 5 abilities (inc. passive). However, I was thinking (if it would be at all possible to do), how much more fast-paced and unique compared to other MOBA's the game could be if the concept of combos was added. This would not be a very complicated addition per say, but would definitely (imo) enhance overall gameplay. For example, like Kalista's small movements after auto-attacks or abilities, champions could have additional abilities that can be cast after using another certain ability, movement, action, or in a certain circumstance - these combos could be small and utilise simple abilities (i.e. Ziggs' Q) for additional poke damage in the laning phase, or incorporate ultimate abilities and be bigger to punch in or absorb more damage in team fight. This is very much just an idea, and I am not sure how easy/hard or beneficial it would be, but seemed pretty cool to me :)
