Why do i keep losing when i play a tank jungler versus a dmg jungler?

For some reason everytime i play a tank jungler i feel so useless bcs i do no dmg and only have cc and nothing else than alot of health and the enemy jungler always gets fed and is then able to nearly one shot everyone and even if i peel for my adc and mid or whoever it is they still end up killing them so easily
