Premium Chest at Level 5?

If I make a smurf and get it to level 5, I get a free premium chest right? Can I wait until I have enough BE to buy some decent champ (ex: Jhin, whos 6300 BE). If I can only afford Jhin, a 6300 champ when I'm level 8 or so, will my premium chest that I got when I was level 5 still guarantee me a skin for Ashe, Garen, Brand, and Jhin, or just Ashe, Garen and Brand?
