Can we Nerf Corrupting Potion?

I'm seeing it taken on basically every midlane mage. It basically guarantees that they have better sustain and damage.

To top it off they take teleport, and as soon as they are done spamming abilities and out of mana or health they just pop back into base purchase a dark seal or mana item and then just keep spamming. Its really miserable with how good mage waveclear and damage is.

While we are at it can we look at zeds passive against minions. That thing removes any skill of last hitting under tower.
