Would smurfing and getting say bronze as a diamond player result in a permaban

We all know streamers, and youtubers intent feed to derank their smurfs. This is not okay. But to get a lower elo, would you be allowed to play a role you are not proficient in, in an attempt to learn the role while not butchering your rank on your main. Most high elo players are high elo due to their massive skill on a single role, so say if a Lee Sin OTP played only leona jg, and went from masters on main to B2, would he be banned? answer please riot.

No, you cannot be banned for playing an off role. You cannot be banned for playing off-meta picks. You CAN be banned for intentionally throwing games to get a lower rating. Thats why most of the youtube series are now "unranked to Diamond/Masters". If a challenger player was playing an account in Bronze that would mean they either intentionally threw their placements, or they purchased the account. Both of which they can get in trouble for

Could you tell me what time you're breaking? You can't be perma banned for no reason ( well you can, but I don't think you will)

If you can determine which rule you're breaking by smurfing lemme know
