Hello, can we have a fixed pick mode?

Now the lol tournament is a mode allowed to ban some champs. But we may actually want to see those top players playing his or her best champion with some creative skills that we have not seen in tournament. Those players may have relatively small champions pool he can handle, but with top skills with a specific champion. A fixed pick mode is that we pick a fixed champion before going in the game, and there will be a game that other nine players did not pick this champ. This is sometime better than playing a normal mode, because this also prevent our teammates pick the champ we want in this game. There are always some players who want to practice a specific champ non-stop for a period, so I think this fixed pick mode will be quite a useful mode.
