Quality of Life Change: Lower Que

Can we make it that when the ban timer runs out for lower ques, can the client come forward to alert us that our 5 minutes is up or so for waiting? I've started many side games unknowingly that my queue was about to start. I also sometimes occasionally want to change my runes and masteries but have to wait the lower-queue out to finish. I want to change these before the game would start occasionally.
