Anyone else think vi needs a nerf?

Just recently played a game where vi was tanky as hell and hen they only had ga as a resitance tank item and then just went full ad yet still had around 3k health. I don't think that is fair at all imo. She needs a nerf to her stats probably her base health. Idk, im just salty and ranting, but what do you guys think?
