11 Game Loss Streak, Back to Gold V

I need some help with my situation here. I went from Gold IV promos to 0 LP in gold 5. This is probably the worst loss streak I've ever had, and I don't really feel tilted, I just don't understand what's going on. Anyone have some tips on how to deal with premade tank teams? I'm a mage main, but I end up feeling like, even if I'm pretty fed or winning lane, my impact on the game is nil. How do you guys carry randoms? Also, general losing streak hell stories to help me feel better about this.

After going 8-2 in my first season of placements, I lost 6 straight and was demoted from S1 to S2. Then won 1, then lost another ~6 straight to get demoted to S3. (This was last season, I finished gold 5 with a win rate of about 60%, I think it was 38-26).

I then started this season hoping to place in gold 5/silver 1 (given I was around gold 3 elo due to finishing out with a record of like 17-3) and ended up going 2-8 in placements and getting silver 4.

Hell story? I guess just the losses part. Bright side is that if you're still playing well it will balance out - all of my major losing streaks have been offset by major winning streaks afterwards.

After dealing with a bunch of losing streaks I found a technique that worked well for me. If I start playing ranked and lose 2 in a row, im done with ranked. After countless games i've realized, when I lose more than 1 game in a row, the odds of me losing again increase dramatically. Just keep that in mind as my biggest losing streaks all have come from times when I say just screw it and continue playing, eventually have a 7 lose streak or worse.

TL;DR Make sure to take breaks after you lose a game or two.

My last 5/6 games have been easy wins... or so i thought they would be... where we were fighting teams like all ad teams where you just build armor and win. But then in 5/6 of them i had an afk in the game or there was a xin who refused to build tank at all and didn't even get a devourer in the jungle and just sat there. Everyone was lvl 18 and he was still lvl 14. I mean I'm honestly not doing anything wrong but i just can't get on good teams i guess.
