An idea to make Elise's stun less overbearing.

Cocoon RANGE: 1075 / 55 SPEED: 1600 COST: 50 MANA COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10

ACTIVE: Elise fires a web in the target direction stunning them for a duration depending on how close the target is to Elise. ( The closer they are, the longer the stun.) STUN DURATION: Minimum stun duration is 1 second, maximum is 1.6 / 1.7 / 1.8 / 1.9 / 2 seconds.

Additional affect: The web also grant sight of the first enemy hit for 2 seconds. (A buff from 1 second duration)
