New Champ in light of Swain

So with the Swain rework I feel like there is a void in the capacity of "Master Tactician". Now I know Swain still technically holds that title, but it says right in the notes that they moved Swain away from the idea of a brilliant but nerdy war leader into the ruthless dictator who made a pact with a demon and has powers which allow him to make strong tactical moves.

Can we see a counterpoint to this, like as in a REAL MASTER TACTION/STRATEGIST. Probably make them from Demacia as a best flavor fit. And just make them the strategic mind prodigy. Not someone who got supernatural powers and as a result is a good military leader, someone who is just so brilliant that their intellect is essentially a supernatural power. Not like Heimer or those guys who are smart and invent things. Someone who straight up is just a brilliant military mind, end of story.

They would probably need to be support, then you just give them super awesome utility abilities. Give them a good mix of engage and disengage abilities as well as something to empower flanking since those are three primary tactics and they are the masters of planning. Like the ultimate enabler no matter what comp you choose. Really just dive into the idea that they are the most brilliant military mind and facilitator in the history of ever, and that's it, that's 100% of the story (at least as far as their abilities are concerned).

Think like Ender from Ender's Game. Nothing really special about him, just really freaking smart, and in the capacity of a military strategist they are basically the smartest in existence, to the point where it is like miraculous.
