Rumble Passive

Why is Rumbles passive 6 seconds of silence. I understand its given AP ratios. Though if you have to go melee + silence + you get crowd controlled. With no abilities but melee. Its kind of a sitting duck situation? Also wouldnt it make sense to give him mr/armor on his shield if he does have to go in. Or atleast a higher amount of lifesteal on his E. I think this would give players a wider range on what to max. I personally max Q, and if E isn't maxed its like the weakest thing (also middle width is low).

just a rant, wonder if anyone agrees?

Rumble's passive requires you to skillfully manage your heat so that you don't become a "sitting duck" at a point when you shouldn't be.

The only time you want that overheating passive is when you're slugging it out against another melee champ who has less life than you or that you can maul. If you're having heat trouble, try managing your skill spacing a bit more so you can maintain Danger Zone buffs without having to charge an enemy while overheating.

Rumble's passive is an insanely strong trade tool.

Overheat correctly and when both your CD and the enemy CDs are down, you are overheating and beating the literal shit out of the other person while the other person (usually) has no other mechanisms to outdamage you.
