@Riot Taric rework must have

Since Taric's rework will be a complete overhaul (correct me if i'm wrong), he will get the whole package: new visuals, new abilities, new voice overs. With this comes the biggest nerf to Taric ever possible. We all know of how overpowered his joke is and all, but with new voice overs we won't be able to use it at its highest strength. So I propose a first ever change to a champion: give Taric an additional joke command, ie: /joke2. This command will cancel any voice line he is currently doing and he will say his infamous line "Gems are truly outrageous, truly truly truly outrageous." This way we are able to have the new voice overs and keep the ability to pull off his most powerful ability.
