Brand's winrate has dropped to pre buff Lux levels

So when are we getting our random buffs that will propel us to 56% winrate? I'm partial to a range reverse nerf to his E or giving him ms everytime he burns someone or something like some fire core item that he can upgrade to buff all his abilities permanently and passively gives him a ton of AP and free mana.

So how about it?????? Or is he not kawaii enough. Which leads me to my next point I think Brand is in need of a new skin. It's been a while now even if you count the locked out zombie brand.
