6.9 Luden's Echo @Meddler

Will we see any changes to Luden Echo's scaling, passive or flat ap in the mid year patch? Or will we see any changes to items 100 ap+ like rylias, rabadons, ludens if they work too well with the new hextech items? I know mana was a part of the big discussion so far, but maybe there were small tweaks to prices, or passives?

Just curious and hope I get to see all the changes today :)
