LAG SPIKES only in normal and ranked. Not in ARAM , Team Fight Tactics or TTT.

Hello.

Lately ive been having major lag spikes when playign in normal rift and ranked or with friends. It literally spikes from 79 ping to 500+ about every minute. Whenever im trying to CS or start a fight.

Playing ARAM TTT and TFT i have no issues at all so it is just in rift which makes no sense to me.

My internet is perfect and stable so its definatley not my connection. Seems to be the client but i dont know how to resolve.

Tried to unistall game and reinstall but doesnt work.
