i think his ult needs a buff, like make it a passive for himself and allow him to transfer it onto another teammate and remove it from himself as a passive, maybe he needs a rework too

Then they could force your ult.. nah. What they should do, if you dont target anything you cast it on your own. And like a 20% cd refund if you use it for your self
Zilean seems pretty balanced right now, probably secretly OP even.
hes strong and balanced the only downside is that the nades hitbox often glitches, they walk through it but its not sticky .o.
