Questions about End of Game stats and Display.

So at the end of the game, after spectating another player's game, there are 2 numbers that appears above the teams KDAs. After asking everyone I knew and checking lolking to see if it was their stats, I have come to the conclusion that I have no clue what those numbers mean. I know it is not their win/loss ratio of the person you spectated and it wasn't the Win/Loss of anyone on any of the teams. Any ideas?
