Rework Yasuo, he is just toxic

I'm not saying Yasuo is OP, he isn't at all: i'm a jungle main and he is so easy to gank, you can kill him a lot of times during the lane-phase and make him useless in the late-game. I think that Yasuo should be reworked just because he is the most toxic champ of the league for the game health, in every, and i mean EVERY game (or almost 90% of them) u see a Yasuo mid or top. It is such boring and annoying for the game diversity....i play Lol since S2 and i've never EVER seen such a thing. I'm sorry for my bad english.
