Ignite: 150 second cooldown or less - allows you to go for aggressive plays often since your opponent's summoners will be on cooldown the second time you go for it. Damage and duration both reduced to deal about 50% of current total damage.

But now Ignite does 12.5% of max health as true damage by itself instead of 25% like it does now (without a lot of hp items)

Electrocute: Reduce damage and cooldown by about 30%.

Currently, they alone do about 40% of your max hp at lvl 6 with ignite doing about 66% of it as true damage. Never mind the minor runes and base stats

Now, both added together should deal closer to 20% at lvl 6, and less at higher levels.
