Reason why I still play ranked despite me hating dynamic queue

First of all, I am personally a solo queue supporter and I think dynamic queue is a trash system, but I am still playing almost only ranked, here is why:

normal queue sucks more Dynamic queue has long queue time and shitty match making, normal queue has similar queue time but even worse match making. I hate queueing up as support and still have to wait >5 minute in a Normal Draft game that gives me random lv10 players who basicalky guarantee s a loss for whichever team they are on. No! Rito I don't want to play with lv10 players. Is league really dying to the point where silver support need to have 5~15 minute queue time to get lv10 players or is the matchmaking system just shit?
