Invasion mode is impossible to win without full runes and masteries

My account is level 12. I saw guide from Steelflame about how to do every single mission. The problem is unless I find 4 people with level 30 I can forget about winning. All I can do is ask people I play with to go 5 man premade together, but considering my level and the fact that queue time are sometimes 20 minutes, I get matched with people of similar level. They dont have runes, nor masteries like me.

I think for this gamemode at least all mastery points should be unlocked that is one thing. Another thing is, the missions should be available to do without being forced to be 5 man premade. It is not easy to find proper team of level 30 players. there are people from different countries in different time zones. Gathering 5 people to do so many missions that you can easily fail without great cooperation is very hard and time consuming. Additionally only 13 days left for it.
