Hello, one and all...

Im here posting yet another thread about Skarner. He needs changes. His passive is awful. The rest of his kit is fine, but as long as he has his R, Im good. Here is yet another suggestion for Skarner:

Passive: Crystal Energy As Skarner becomes engrossed in combat, he gathers "Crystal Energy" which fuels his vicious combat. Skarner has a maximum of 25/50/75/100 Energy (levels 1/6/11/16). Skarner gains 1% increased attack speed for each point of Crystal Energy he possesses as well as a 1 movement speed. Skarner gathers Crystal Energy by auto attacking and using Crytsal Slash. Enemies hit grant 1 energy, doubled vs champions/large monsters. While at maximum energy, Skarner's basic attacks reduce the cooldown of his basic abilities by .5 seconds, doubled vs champions/large monsters.

If Skarner is out of combat, he will gradually lose his Crystal Energy. The longer he is out of combat, the faster it depletes. Attacking Structures will not gather energy, but it will keep Skarner "in combat", preventing the loss of Crystal Energy.

Q: Crystal Slash

Skarner lashes out with his massive claws, striking enemies around him for 40/60/80/100/120 (+60% bAD) physical damage. While at maximum energy, this attack deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% bAD)(+40% AP) magic damage.

W: Crystalline Exoskeleton

Skarner empowers his body, granting a shield equal to 60/80/100/120/140 (+10% max HP)(+50%AP) for 6 seconds. While the shield holds, Skarner gains 10/15/20/25/30% Increased movement speed. While at maximum energy, Skarner also gains 10/20/30/40/50% slow resistance as long as the shield holds.

E: Fracture

Skarner blasts a beam of energy in a line that deals 80/120/160/200/240 (+80%AP) magic damage to all enemies hit, Slowing them by 50% for 2.5 seconds, marking them with Crystal Energy. Auto attacking a marked target stuns the target for 1 second, and grants Skarner an additional 1/2/3/4/5 Crystal Energy. While at max crystal energy, attacking a marked target instead heals Skarner for 10/15/20/25/30 +5% (+1% per 100 AP) missing HP.

R: Impale

Passive: Skarner gathers +1/2/3 additional Crystal Energy per enemy hit.

Active: Skarner strikes an enemy champion with his tail, dealing 100/150/200 (+100%AD) Physical Damage and 50/75/100 (+80%AP) Magic Damage, suppressing the target for 1.75 seconds and infusing their bodies with crystal energy. During this time, Skarner can move freely and cast Q and W (but not auto attack or E) while dragging his victim with him. At the end of the duration or when the suppression ends, the crystal energy explodes out of them, dealing the magic damage to them and any other enemies within a small radius, slowing targets hit by 50% for 1 second.
