If you enjoy playing her, yes.
If you don't, then no.
Camille is at a weird spot at the moment. She could do well if you have the patience to master her, but Riot is intentionally keeping her power a bit on the weaker side due to how much utility she has in her kit.
She's a diver/duelist, which means you are to single out the priority targets and destroy them as quickly as possible, much like an assassin would. Unfortunately, this means you are to sacrifice yourself to protect your team's ADC if necessary.
But she is a great champion to play and put time/effort into. She's like a more mobile Irelia that, when ahead, can make it a headache for the enemy team, forcing them to send multiple people to deal with her.
