The Most Annoying thing about Ranked:

It is when you lose a game and click the "play again" button - which happens to take things literally and puts you with 2 to 3 of the same team mates. It is alright if it was a good game - despite the loss - but getting the same unskilled, feeders, or trolls hurts. It's also ironic if you're matched up with the losers in the event you won.

I usually end up waiting a few minutes hoping the player pool will move on, but who knows if that really works too. You're just re-rolling the dice for another team altogether - equal chance of undesirables.
