Will Normal urf make a Return this April fools?

Urf is always loved but i dont want to play Arurf for the rest of my life mainly because:

1. The Perma banned champs are still available if one team gets more op then the other its basically gg

2. People dodge when you get a champ you would enjoy

3. getting Yasuo on your last reroll and feeding cause you're vs Fiora/Fizz/Zed/etc.

4. there are no bans so you eventually have to face a champ u despise

5. Team comps can be unfair 3 poke champs on one side while melee champs on the other or one side has the meta urf champs while the other has decent but not op champs.

6. There are people who would like to build interesting items with their champ but they depend on luck to get them again

7. Having to eventually go against Fizz/Vlad (oh the Horrors!)

8. Edge of Night is busted on Urf in general

basically not even Arurf is solving the balance answer because its like an RGN and RGN's can be quite unfair at times If Urf does make a return im pretty sure more bans would solve more issues like:

1. banning most of the op champs encourages players to try the underrated champs
2. no one has to play a champ they did not enjoy more than once
3. try different builds with a champ
4. its worth the wait for a slightly longer in champ select cause u dont have to worry about people playing all the op champs
5. when someone dodges you don't have to worry since you can just choose your champ again (My friend finally got Lux but then someone dodged and she had to play Ryze again, Pray for her)
6. you get to ban the Bs so u don't have to face it (Ap trynd is the yasuo of Urf)
