The Return of Eleisa's

This item was awesome for supports and midlaners, or basically anyone who wanted the regeneration. I must say that if I was to return one item from the forgotten void, I would return Eleisa's Miracle, and I would change a few things.

How did this item work and why was it removed? Cost: 1100 +10 health regeneration +15 mana regeneration Unique Passive – Aid: Your Summoner Heal, Clarity and Clairvoyance cooldowns are reduced by 25% Unique Passive – Eleisa's Blessing: If you gain 3 levels with this item, you gain all the effects permanently and this item is consumed

Removal: The item did not perform well some times, mainly because the 3 levels mechanic forced the player to build it on the early game and the adventage it granted during the early game sometimes felt underwhelming, even if it helped you to spam your abilities a lot. The problem was that the focus of this item was diffuse and you did't know when to use it, also Riot hardly ever included it in any recommended build.

If it was to return:

**Build Path: ** + 150 gold (1350 Total Gold Cost) Stats: 10% CDR, 300 Mana, 250 Health Valor's Reward: (regular Catalyst passive) **Unique Passive – Eleisa's Blessing -changed-: **after 5 minutes with this item in your inventory, you gain all the effects permanently and gain 250 gold, this item is then consumed. (Does not stack with it self, can't buy more than 1 of this item during the same game).

Gameplay: it now not only serves as a niche for midlaners or supports, it serves as a way to improve your base stats and allows you to stack CDR without having to take space in your inventory for it. Also it now adds max life, making it useful for toplaners and even more useful for supports (specially tanky supports). In the other hand you regain 250 gold after those 5 minutes, making this an item with a high gold efficiency and allowing players to get it even if you are already in the late game as a way to get some extra advantage.
