Placing the Grievous Wounds symbol in a better location

Can the Grievous Wounds symbol be placed in a better location. Right now it is placed under the health bar and it is kind of hard to see with all of the other effects. Maybe placing it to the side, above, or top right, and making it stand out a bit better will help make it more noticeable. I've just had a couple of games where I'm a healer and I can't notice my own or other people's Grievous Wounds on top of everything else that is going on.
