Turn Janna's ult into Skillshot?

So Janna is pretty lame (imo) cuz her whole job is to counter plays and she is pretty damn good at it. What if they changed her ult to a cone skillshot? They could increase the range and do the old thing of having a constant slow of people moving towards her. She can still position to be shutdown, but makes her team still vulnerable.
