Zilean's (PBE) buff to Zilean

I play zilean a ton, I more than happy to receive such an enormous buff(0 mana cost on W). I've been able to play him in mid now with less worry about mana early, but here's the problem. You're doing that thing again where you're taking a support champ into a solo lane and not a more viable support.

The number one problem that zilean has as a support is taking CS from your carry with your bombs, If you hit a champion on top or around they will just run to their minions and ruin the wave. I wish you made a change to where if an enemy champion is hit it wont effect minions(still applies stun). Just my thoughts on it, tell me what you think. Live long and keep living, , i'd say prosper but league doesn't offer social security.
