LP is BOGUS

So...

Explain to me how this is fair in any way, please...

I go from Bronze 4 to Silver 5 in less than a week. I'm gaining 19-23LP per game and I don't feel like I'm completely fucked if I lose one game.

I go on a bit of a losing streak as soon as I get into Silver 5. It sucks but it happens.

Now, all of a sudden, I gain about 12LP per win and LOSE 21LP per loss.

Generally, if I were to win 50% of my games I would climb at a decent rate. Now, I gain 3LP per two games if I win 50% of my games?

That's complete bullshit. I've checked my MMR on multiple websites and I'm around where I need to be yet I'm getting matched with people in Bronze so when I lose I feel like I'm getting punished harder than a normal person would be.
