Feel like all Rework+Mini Rework champion are forgoten all the time by Riot.

After a rework when Riot clearly flawed the champion if they either be strong or too weak they just nerf/buff them and this is usually nerf them 1-2 times and totally leave them there to die out rather then balance them. are champions that got so called mini to full rework that are rarely played because they aren't good compared to the other champion. Zac got a big nerf and sat their but is a joke sitting on a 14% play rate with over 55 % winrate at the moment, all I can say is this is obviously made broken for pro players to use in worlds.

I bet when mini/full reworks come out they will also be forgotten in 1 month if they are under power or nerf depending on if they are too strong.

Yes players play them but the % play rate is practically still the same thing to when they were never reworked at all.
