Wits End ain't better when cheaper

i think it needs late game power something like lets say 50% MR into magic damage on hit or something that scales into late game items ain't better if they are cheaper. They just need to be stronger for decent price

For instance Malmortius is way more expansive but it gives shield and lifesteal and its kinda better option
