Just played against an 
who is able to zip around from champ to champ with no hope of landing a skillshot on her because of her dash reset that has no clear indicator on when she'll be able to zip around the map from unit to unit. What a fun game where skillshots are replaced by point and click vaporize spells, why do I even try?
Good clip, wrong point to make.
The reset with the indicator is fine. The reset on minion kill when she builds hydra and thus can get every minion in a wave low enough to jump to is the one that needs to be limited/removed.
Be prepared to see a lot of comments on how she is sooooo hard to play because "sHe nEeDs To HIt hER E whiCH is A sKILlsHOT." or "JuSt dOdgE her AlmosT IMMediate StuN". There are a lot of players tired of Irelia,Pyke,Lux and other broken champs, but as long as they sell skins and make money, none of them will be nerfed.
