New queue problems

Everyone has their qualms with the new queue system. Personally I like but there is one problem, the locking in. People arent used to having to lock their picks in. The game also doesnt give you much heads up that youre out of time. I think a new warning sstem should be put in place to help get peoples attention and not be so harsh as kicking everyone out if someone fails to lock in.
