In depth statistics of the Free rotation's effect on a champion's winrate

So I've been collecting some data around a champ's winrate/playrate while they're on the free rotation. My end goal of this would be to define with statistical evidence which champions are the "No skill champions" and which one's have the highest skill cap. The way I can figure this out is the champions that, over the course of the 7 days that they are on the free rotation, have a lower net winrate over the course of the rotation. That would mean that people would try these champions out in normal matches and lose with them because they are hard champions to play. For example, a champion that would have a high skill cap that was on the free rotation would be AurelionSol. If you look at this graph right here: http://www.lolking.net/champions/aurelionsol#statistics notice when he's on the free rotation his win rate drops and his play rate spikes. This indicates that people would try him out in normal games and be losing with him. Would anybody here actually be interested in something like this or do you all think that I'm over "nerding" this and none of you care?
