Enforce pick order by forcing players in ranked solo/duo to pick one-at-a-time!

I'm so sick of people who have second pick in draft autolocking because they called something, even though they don't have first pick. I see this happen all the time. Don't change the order of picks -- first, next two, next two, etc., last is still a great way to pick teams -- but force players on teams with two consecutive picks to pick in order, please, for the love of all things League. This would, in the very least, end all debates about who had the right to pick what they wanted based on actual pick order, but still allow teams willing to communicate and work together decide who does what.
