Can we move Second Wind to the first line please?

I see second wind as an EARLY GAME RUNE (First 7-14 minutes into the game) Riot changed it on PBE, see this image: https://i.imgur.com/9bZgMls.png The question is, why do i have to choose between Armor/MR/Both and Second Wind??? The old one was like this: https://imgur.com/NcNnnAe How does this brings balance to the game? I'm triggered because i started to take Armor (Iron Skin) & Second Wind against Pantheon in lane, so finally I can use my ONLY 1 SINGLE BAN to ban MAOKAI , instead of just pray for the enemy team to not pick him, because he is broken! But riot decided to move it to first line. Why? As an Akali main, i see this awsome when i lane against someone i counter , because this is a INSTA-LOSE for them, and i can punish my enemy for not BEING ABLE to take runes to survive against me and snowball the game even harder. What i mean is that these runes changes brings less survivability to my enemy, so if they got MR, i can poke, if they chosed second wind i can ALL-IN them easily, if they got the MR&AR one, i can punish them even harder, this change is a lose-lose for the player who just wants to survive. And against Pantheon Is even worse, because he will abuse this even more .

We can surely see that the first line of runes is mostly only for junglers, tanks & supports, they don't really fit laners: Demolish can almost one shot towers on tanks, because it deals 30% of player's health as dmg, the font of life is just incredible good on supports, and unflitching is for junglers since flash is almost never on CD and smite is used every 30 seconds/1 minute to secure kills/objectives or just duel or whatever.

My opinion is that they should revert this change.
