Please buff Mordekaiser

Mordekaiser is not a champion that is often seen or even remembered as he is a slightly older and outdated champion, however, for those that still play the champion I believe that it is unfair to both the players and the champion that he has the lowest base movement speed of any melee champion in the game excluding unmounted kled. Mordekaiser has his entire kit based around brawling and being that he lacks any form of cc or mobility it is nearly impossible to land all three hits of his q or make effective use of his w because other champions can simply just walk away. I think that a base movement speed of 345 or even 350 would help the champion immensely without making him broken because lets be honest 325 movement speed is not realistic for his character design to function properly.
