Help a fellow comrade

so i was playing lol normaly until 2 month ago the suddenly my PC got fuked up and the Fps droped to 3 and 1 so i thought my pc is out dated then afew days later my CPU fan didnt worked when i tried to turn on my PC after the CPU error and the F1 thing the fan started working again but that error kept comin till 3weeks ago then the Fan didnt started after i restart my PC i started working again and i checked Pc required afew mints ago and my PC is fine but i cant even Watch games of youtube Cuz my Cpu usage will go up too 100% so can it be cuz of my CPU FAN will it be Fixed if i change the Fan? (at the started i could play at mornings like 4Am for 2hours the the CPU thing would happen again) and new PC is rly expensive in this Fuked up world of worries (now my Cpu fan need a push to start working)
