Would legit love to be able to fit Cinderhulk into a non-jg build

Using Smite+spellbook and just swapping smite out later, I mean. Problem is, it's only got like 59% gold efficiency on its own including Smite procs, if you ever get to use em, since you'll really never take advantage of the jungle bonuses. It's also not counting the 20% bonus health just yet.

The good thing is that it makes every other health item 20% more efficient, though. So does that make it worth it?

So w/o passives Cinderhulk is like 46% efficient, 61% after the health passive takes place. Warmog's is like 106% efficient w/o passive, 123% efficient w/o passive but after cinderhulk and now you instantly have warmog's passive up, already averages at like 92% for both items Gargoyle Stoneplate gains a ton with the active, but I don't exactly know the math on it, if I'm honest

Those three, I imagine, would be the core build + shoes.

Now factor in things dependent on who you're playing. Righteous Glory if you're an engage tank, Sterak's if you're someone like Jax, Randuin's for Crit, etc. etc. etc.

Point is, once you hit full build, I imagine it's more than worth it and DEFINITELY cost-efficient, but is it worth it to trudge through that early game without it being worth?
