Cannot Progress

Hey Riot me and a couple friends have passed the intro tier of odyssey extraction 3-4 times and picked up augments along the way. unfortunately after we complete the missions we get no augments and cannot progress to cadet tier :/ its a real let-down and was hoping you may have a solution for this ? im not sure if this is happening with other players but please let me know if you other players are having the same issue, cheers .
