New Zilean Ult Idea

So after playing a ton of Zilean, I thought about Zilean's abilities, being someone who controls time, none of his abilities actually really have anything to do with time except his W and "maybe E" (It has time aspects but it doesnt really make sense. To speed up a person you have to slow down everything else to actually make someone go faster). But I really thought about his R. It hasn't really changed that much since he was released. I was thinking what if you made an ability that really shows that Zilean can control time. What if you made his Ult and aoe ability that made everything in that aoe go back in time for certain amount of time, including turrets, champs, inhibs, jg camps, dragons, baron, nexus, etc. Giving them health back and/or moving them to where they were that certain amount of time is. For example, if a tower is destroyed Zilean can ult the are of the turret and bring it back to the health it was, let's say, 5 seconds ago, brining it back. But to make it so its not broken. Say if you were in a team fight and everyone dies except Zilean, but zilean wants his teamates back. But when he ults it actually affects the other team too and can bring both teams back to life, so you'll have to be very careful on your ult. This might sound like a stupid and op spell, but I thought maybe Zilean could have cool new special, and different ult then he's always had.
