Chain CC buffer?
So, we have all been there, playing against a team that has a plethora of CC (both AOE and single target) on a relatively low cooldown making it relatively impossible to escape once one catches you. Now, of course, you can run cleanse, Quicksilver sash, Stopwatch and or Edge of night. But u can't really cleanse more than one spell with those and late game the CC abilities just have way too low of a cool down. I feel like a 1-second buffer where the enemy can't put any CC effects on you after receiving one (excluding slows) is not a bad idea. because getting chain CCed has never been a healthy part of the game, not with 90% of champions having some form of it.
