Leaver Buster

Hey Riot,

Just wanted to get my point across about the LeaverBuster queue. I think its a great idea as waiting 20 minutes before having to start one game is pretty motivating to never leave. However, I have come to realise that the 20 minutes spent waiting, we can do nothing except watch the timer as it ticks down. I find myself itching to look at runes, masteries, heck even buy a champion (cough cough cough cough). I think that instead of having to stare at that timer, we should be able to view the shop, check our runes and masteries, even chat to friends! We obviously wouldn't be able to start a game (even a custom one) but just being able to explore the interface while we wait would be a great feature. It is still a queue after all, so like all other queues we should be able to do all this.
