The choice between precision and intelligence is too easy

And the nerf to precision on the pbe for patch 7.4 might make it the other way seeing as it is going to give HALF the amount of magic pen per level! And btw... why is magic pen being nerfed harder than god damn mother fucking lethality on precision?
