PRACTICE TOOL IN-GAME RUNE CHANGE ???

Wouldn't it be better, if we could change our runes in practice tool in-game?? I mean isn't this something practice tool, shall have had. It would be such a time-saver, especialy now that runes are easier to "play" with.
