Coming Back From A Break!!

Been away since May, Just came back 11/8/17 and this feels almost like a whole new game. With that there is some good and bad, First off let me put this out there that I have been here since sometime in 2010 I think possibly late 09 not sure. I am not super competitive season 2 I was bronze 1-2 and in 2014 silver 1 so as ya can see not big on ranked. Not that I don't like it, I just don't like the whole this is the METAAAA RAHHH crap. So I keep my happy butt in ARAM lol..

Pre 7.23 (Level 37/Honor Level 2) BE system is cool, But it feels very unrewarding to play 10-15 matches and see no gain in my BE bank. I mean c'mon this should not be a level grinder just to buy champs.. That's bogus.

Also, just cause I may play 8+ games a day why should I be held back. I can't think of a game that holds the players back from power leveling, can you? Don't you want players to play?

The runes, I am really liking them not sure why they just seem less of a hassle and more intuitive i guess you could say. Some tweaking and they should be spot on.

Honor, just not getting it! I get honor after every other match and don't know how much more is needed till lvl 3 and I am lvl 37, now does the honor system not work until lvl 40? Bit confused here, blame it on my blonde hair lol.. I honor those on my team 90% of the time cause ya know ARAM is fun. Win or lose click someone gets honor. Am I missing something ?
