Windspeaker's Blessing confusion

TL:DR Windspeaker's Blessing does not read the same in the masteries page than it does in game in the scoreboard preview. Which actually changes the usability of the mastery quite a bit for a lot of champions. Would be awesome if it works like the mastery page says, ritopls.

Love the new masteries, was really excited to see this mastery is the new "utility" tree. especially for tanks that can heal themselves. when i saw it i instantly started to test with it and runic shield to help get some more health back when playing Mundo and Aatrox. I definitely noticed the numbers were not the ones i was getting when Mundo would refund with a killing q or Aatrox with a blood thirst(it was slightly better).

  • In the masteries page Windspeaker's Blessing reads, "Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Additionally, your shields and heals increase your targets resistance by 15% for 3 seconds when used on an ally other than yourself." I thought this was awesome, even if aatrox and mundo can't use the last half id still use this just for half a spirit visage passive and forgo the ferocity tree and the keystone masteries in the resolve tree.

  • In game the mastery reads, "Your shields and heals on ally champions(Excluding yourself) are 10% stronger and increase your targets resistance by 15% for 3 seconds." then i found this in game and my hopes were shot down. the wording makes a very big difference.

So i guess this will go under a "bug" errrr grammar report. But really i just want this to work how the mastery tree intended.

I just tested it. The text of Windspeaker in the game is WRONG. The one on the masteries page is correct. I tested with vlad fyi.

Vlad likes his level 1 spirit visage. Speaker's + runic armor = 18% healing

So is it working ? Like if I pick Swain, do his ult heal properly? or it considered as spellvamp and do nothing ?
