Canon nerf Shiv buff

Statikk Shiv Unique Passive - Shiv Lightning damage increased to 50-120 (based on level) from 30-100 (based on level)

Rapid Firecannon Movement speed reduced to 5% from 7% Unique Passive - Firecannon bonus magic damage lowered to 50-160 (based on level) from 50-200

Will this push the tide against Canon? I like Shiv so much more that this buff is glorious to me.

Will this small change shift the meta?
